Cinematographer
Shreya Dev Dube is a cinematographer who has worked on feature films, short films, and commercials. She studied photography in Melbourne and cinematography in Paris. She made her feature film debut with Catsticks, a black and white film, which won the Grand Jury Prize at the Mammoth Lake Film Festival. She also produced and shot Bittu, a short film directed by her sister Karishma Dev Dube, which won the Student Academy Award in 2020 and was shortlisted for an Oscar. She was one of the cinematographers for Mira Nair’s A Suitable Boy, a BBC adaptation of Vikram Seth’s novel. She has won the Asian Creative Academy Award for Best Cinematographer and the ITA Award for Best DOP-OTT for her work in Thar, a Netflix series produced by Anil Kapoor. She has also written, directed, and produced her own short films, such as Glass Bottom Boat and Tear.
