Chef
Kelvin Cheung is best known for three things: his meeting and mating of techniques and traditions creating diverse yet distinct cuisine, the perfect Sunday brunch sometimes featuring his over the top #KelCakes for Bollywood stars, and his advocacy for wellness - for his farmers, diners, and the planet. His culinary style draws inspiration from his traditional Hong Kong Chinese heritage, his North American upbringing, his French training, and even on the rare occasion his adopted Indian home. Of late, Kelvin has been focusing on sustainable cooking and has been working with local farmers and suppliers in India to promote the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients and local produce as well as lending his voice and expertise to think tanks and global panels highlighting the need to add more balance through plants to our diets.
