Vidhu Vinod Chopra is a celebrated Indian filmmaker, producer, and screenwriter known for his significant contributions to Hindi cinema. He made his directorial debut with 'Khamosh' (1985) and gained acclaim with films like 'Parinda' (1989), '1942: A Love Story' (1994), and 'Mission Kashmir' (2000). As a producer, he delivered iconic hits such as 'Munna Bhai M.B.B.S.' (2003), 'Lage Raho Munna Bhai' (2006), '3 Idiots' (2009), and 'PK' (2014). His latest work, '12th Fail' (2023), is based on the real-life story of IPS officer Manoj Kumar Sharma and his inspiring journey from failure to success, adding another significant project to his illustrious career.
