Darbuka Siva is a writer, director, music director and actor based in Chennai, India. Starting out initially as an independent musician, experimenting with contemporary Indian music, Siva moved on to make music for feature films during 2015. His soundtracks have been a path breaker in the Tamil film circuit with tracks like "Maruvaarthai" for Gautham Vasudev Menon's film and 'Mudhal Nee' becoming massive hits across all streaming platforms. Siva's directorial debut 'Mudhal Nee Mudivum Nee' was released in January 2022 and was an instant hit too. The film has also won various international awards including an "Honourable mention" at the New York Movie Awards.
