Akanksha Bhandari started her playback journey with the song 'Tere Liye' from Namaste England. Now a full-fledged recording and performing artist, Akanksha has not only sung for hit Bollywood movies, but she has also shared the stage with some of the biggest Bollywood sensations - Arijit Singh, Papon, Badshah, Shaan, and the likes. She also had the opportunity to perform at festivals such as Socialization, and Bollywood Music Project. Before her playback career, Akanksha caught on to popularity with her covers and mashups online, she also ventured into the independent music space, and released her multilingual folk EP, 'Raahi' It contains renditions of three hand-picked native tunes that she came across on her journey to Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and Assam.
