"Tahira Kashyap Khurrana is a Writer-Director. Her first directorial venture is a short-film called “Toffee”, which is a story about a friendship between two little girls from different socio-economic backgrounds. “Toffee” was the opening short film at MAMI. It has also been screened at the Bahamas International Film Festival 2017 and Cinekid Screening Club, 2017. Tahira has a theatre background and will soon be directing her first feature film “Sharma Ji Ki Beti”, which is being produced by Ellipsis Entertainment. In between, she has accomplished more than one can imagine. She was a lecturer briefly. She has written two books, and co-authored her husband, Ayushman Khurrana's biography ""Cracking The Code"". She was also the Programming Head at BIG 92.7 FM, one of India's biggest radio stations. Besides being a talented writer, Tahira is a brilliant orator and is frequently invited to be on panels and give talks on her journey, women empowerment, the art of balancing work and personal life, and film-making. She has written and recorded a podcast with Amazon, to be released on Audible in December. "
