Aastha Atray is a journalist, writer, poet, podcaster, singer, and currently the editor at Sunday Mid-day in Mumbai,. She has worked for Asian Age, ELLE, Tehelka, Open, DNA, and Hindustan Times over the course of her 18-year career. She is a published author, having written five books, including The Monsoon Bride, Games Girls Play, and Crave. She has also released four songs that have been featured on VH1, channel V, and 9X0, and she hosts a daily motivational podcast called You Got This with Aastha.
