You hereby acknowledge and agree to participate in BTS Challenge for 50 Hour Filmmaking Challenge 2026 (hereinafter referred to
as the “Contest”) organized by IFP, a sole proprietorship firm (hereinafter referred to as “IFP”), in
collaboration with Canon India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “CIPL”).

A. Voluntary Submission of Information
You are voluntarily providing your personal and professional details, including but not limited to your name, email ID, photographs, professional profile, and contact information, for the purposes of Contest administration, communication, winner selection, publicity, marketing, promotional activities, and publication across any media platforms.

B. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity and authority to participate in the Contest and to grant the rights contemplated under these Terms and Conditions.

C. Originality of Submission
By submitting an entry to the Contest, you represent, warrant, and undertake that the submission is your original work and does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, confidential information, or any other legal rights of any third party. You further confirm that all necessary permissions, licenses, approvals, and consents have been obtained for any third-party content
incorporated into the submission.

D. Disqualification Rights
CIPL and IFP reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to reject, remove, or disqualify any submission or participant at any stage of the Contest if the submission is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading,
violates any applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or is considered offensive, inappropriate, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable for public dissemination.

E. Final Decision
The decisions of IFP and CIPL, including without limitation those relating to eligibility, selection, evaluation, shortlisting, winner determination, disqualification, interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, and all other matters concerning the Contest, shall be final, conclusive, and binding upon all participants. No correspondence, challenge, dispute, or appeal in relation thereto shall be entertained.

F. Assignment of Intellectual Property Rights
By submitting any content, materials, photographs, videos, testimonials, write-ups, recordings, artwork, or any other work product in connection with the Contest (“Content”), you irrevocably assign, transfer, and convey to CIPL, on a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable basis, all rights, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to such Content.

To the extent any rights cannot be assigned under applicable law, you hereby grant CIPL an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, exploit, and otherwise utilize the Content in any manner and through any media now known or subsequently developed.

G. Right to Modify Content
You acknowledge and agree that IFP and CIPL may edit, crop, modify, adapt, translate, dub, reproduce, publish, distribute, or otherwise alter the Content, in whole or in part, at their sole discretion, without seeking further approval from, notice to, or compensation payable to you.

H. Further Assurances
You agree to execute all documents and perform all such acts as may reasonably be required by CIPL to perfect, register, record, evidence, or enforce the ownership and intellectual property rights assigned under these Terms and Conditions. You shall promptly execute any ownership, assignment, consent, waiver, or related documentation requested by CIPL.

I. Data Privacy
IFP and CIPL are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information collected in connection with the Contest. Personal data shall be collected, processed, stored, used, and disclosed only for purposes related to the Contest and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Such data may be shared between IFP and CIPL and their authorized service providers solely for Contest-related activities. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting IFP through its official communication channels, subject to applicable legal requirements.

By participating in the Content you confirm that you have read and understood Canon India’s Privacy Policy , which outlines how your Personal Information will be used and protected. You also agree that
your Personal Information may be stored for this Purpose unless you withdraw your consent, which you can do anytime by contacting the email ID DPO@canon.co.in

J. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IFP and CIPL, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest, any technical malfunction, submission of Content, or the use and exploitation of the Content by IFP and/or CIPL as contemplated herein.

K. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IFP, CIPL, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or
relating to:
1. your participation in the Contest;
2. any breach of these Terms and Conditions;
3. any claim that the Content infringes or violates the rights of any third party; or
4. any false representation or warranty made by you.

L. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with the Contest or these Terms and
Conditions.

M. Acceptance
I confirm that I have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that my participation in the Contest constitutes my acceptance of the same.
