 Every film has a story behind it – the hustle, chaos, and magic that unfolds in the making. This challenge is about capturing those unfiltered moments during IFP 50-Hour Filmmaking Challenge. From brainstorming with your team, setting up shots, editing late into the night, to celebrating wrap-up! DOCUMENT IT ALL!

How to Participate?

  2. Share it on Instagram/YouTube Shorts with hashtags #CanonBTSChallenge, #CanonForCreators, #EOSR50V, #IFP15
  3. Tag @canonindiaofficial and @ifp.world in your BTS Stories.
  4. Submit the BTS link(s) through the form below.

Bonus Tip: Shooting your BTS on a Canon camera (especially the EOS R50V) gives you an edge.

  • Eligibility:
    • Open only to registered participants of the 50-Hour Filmmaking Challenge 2025.
    • Entries must feature behind-the-scenes content shot during the official 50-hour duration only.
    Submission Guidelines:
    • The Behind the scenes shouldn’t exceed 60 seconds.
    • Posts must include hashtags #CanonBTSChallenge, #CanonForCreators, #EOSR50V, #IFP15
    • Tagging @canonIndiaOfficial and @ifp.world is mandatory.
    • Multiple entries are allowed, but participants must submit all the entries at the given form.
    • Deadline: October 12th, 2025, 11:59 PM IST. Late entries will not be accepted.
    Winner Selection:
    • 1 winner will be chosen based on creativity, storytelling, and authenticity.
    • The winner will be announced on IFP and Canon India’s official platforms on October 15th, 2025 and will be awarded via shipment.
    Prize:
    • One Canon EOS R50V camera to the winner (non-transferable, non-exchangeable).



1. You hereby acknowledge and agree to participate in the IFP Festival Season 15 (hereinafter
referred as “Contest”) organized by IFP, a sole Proprietorship Firm (Proprietor Mr. Ritam
Bhatnagar) in collaboration with Canon India Private Limited (hereinafter referred as
“CIPL”).

2. You are voluntarily providing your personal and professional details, including but not limited to your name, Email ID and contact information, for the purpose of Contest administration, communication, and for all promotional activities.

 

3. By submitting an entry to the Contest, you affirms and warrants that the submission is your original work and does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other legal rights of any third party. You further confirm that all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents have been obtained for any third-party content included in the submission.

 

4. CIPL and IFP reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, violates any applicable laws or community standards, or is deemed offensive, inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable for public dissemination.

5. The decision of the CIPL and IFP shall be final, conclusive, and binding in all respects. No correspondence, challenge, or appeal regarding such decisions shall be entertained under any circumstances.

6. You further grant IFP and CIPL full, perpetual, royalty-free, and worldwide rights to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute any content created for the Contest, submitted, or captured during the Contest including but not limited to photographs, videos,
testimonials related to the Contest for marketing, advertising, promotional, and internal use across any media or platform, now known or hereafter developed.

7. You further understand and agree that IFP or CIPL may edit, crop, translate, or otherwise alter any part of such content at its sole discretion, without further notice or compensation.

 

8. You further consent that, you hereby provide full and undisputed ownership, without any limitation to CIPL and whenever required by CIPL, You shall be available for execution of necessary ownership documentation for the submitted content and execute the ownership
documentation shared by CIPL.

 

9. IFP is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all personal data collected under this Program. All data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, stored securely, accessed only by authorized personnel, and used solely for the purposes outlined above. I understand that I may request access to, correction of, or deletion of my personal data by contacting IFP through official channels.

 

10. I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Consent Undertaking.

What is the festival all about?
IFP is a multi-staged creativity & culture festival that happens across two days with more than 180+ prominent creators from Films & OTT, Digital, Literature & Writing, Music, Design & Art, Storytelling, Audio & Podcasting, Photography, Tech & Gaming, Comedy, Culture, Advertising and Performing arts who will participate in various Conversations, Panels, Workshops, Masterclasses, Live Performances, and AMAs.

 

Are there any hidden charges?
No, only GST will be levied on the tickets as per the government’s rules and regulations.

 

When and where is the festival happening?
The festival is scheduled to take place on-ground in  Mumbai on December 6th & 7th, 2025.

 

Is the festival accessible for People of Determination?
Yes, IFP is an all-inclusive and accessible festival. We will be tying up with an accessibility management agency to ensure the same.

 

Can I attend all the sessions?
Yes, you will have access to all the sessions taking place across all 2 days. However Stage entry and seating will be on a first come first serve basis.

 

Where can I buy tickets?

Will there be an award ceremony for the challenges?
Yes, the winners of all the challenges of IFP will be awarded during the festival. Kindly check the schedule regarding the same.

 

What will be the timings of the festival?
The first session on October 12 & 13, 2024 (i.e. Saturday and Sunday) will start at 10am and the last session will end at 9pm.

 

I’m a member of the media? How do I make arrangements for a media pass?
You can  fill-up the form with relevant details and request for media invite.

 

Wow, there are lots of artists taking sessions! Will I get to personally interact with them?
There is no guarantee, however, you could plan for the questions you would want to ask in the event and if you are lucky, you will get an opportunity to ask them.

 

Will there be food at the venue?
Yes, there will be a food zone at the festival. 

 

Will there be parking at the venue?
No, there will be no parking available at the venue.

 

Is there any age limit/rule?
No. The festival is open to all ages.

What is your ticket policy?
Tickets are purchased online through our (platform) and on-ground on festival days. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

What are some of the general measures that ensure safety in all forms at the festival?
Harassment, abuse , stalking, threatening or defaming/ violating any rights (right to privacy and publicity) is not allowed and will be taken seriously. Attendees are not allowed to carry any harmful substances, weapons or arms of any kind.
